Submission of Camera-Ready Paper: 14th Feburary 2025

Please follow the following instructions for submission of final manuscript

• The manuscript must adhere to the springer conference template. For detailed instructions for authors and editors of conference proceedings, kindly visit the following link: https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings 

• The template for the manuscript can also be obtained through the following link:

  1. MsWord

  2. Latex

• The manuscript should be of minimum 5 pages and maximum 20 pages. 

• Details of all the authors of the manuscript should be entered at the Microsoft CMT portal in order to avoid any authorship issues.  

• All camera ready submissions will undergo similarity checks. The submissions should be plagiarism free. The similarity score of the manuscripts should not exceed 15%, under any circumstances. In case the submission exceeds the prescribed limit, the manuscript will be rejected.

• The camera ready submissions will be again reviewed to check whether they have addressed the reviewer comments or not. In case, the authors fail to do so, the manuscript will be rejected. 

• Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. 

• The accepted manuscripts needs to presented in the conference by the registered author to make it eligible for publication in the proceedings. 

• Before sending your camera ready paper and source files, please:

  1. Check that title and abstract in Microsoft CMT matches your camera-ready paper exactly. Please use title Case for the paper title, i.e. capitalizing all main words.

  2. Compare all author names in Microsoft CMT with the author list in your paper. They MUST BE identical and in the same order. This is very important because we will be using the information provided in Microsoft CMT to generate the final conference program.

  3. Please ensure that the abstract and title should be readable stand-alone and not contain any references or unexplained acronyms. You are allowed to modify abstract and paper as per the reviewer comments.

  4. You cannot modify the title of the paper, unless commented by the reviewer. If you feel still it is necessary, please send an e-mail to sgesc@nitkkr.ac.in  with valid reason.

  5. Upload the following files to Microsoft CMT

     • Final Manuscript's DOC file.

     • Final Manuscript's PDF file.

  6. Prepare a single rar/zip file of camera ready paper which include following files:

     • Final Manuscript's Plagiarism Report.

     • Fee Receipt/Proof.

  7. Send the rar/zip file to sgesc@nitkkr.ac.in

  8. The rar/zip folder name should be as: "PAPER ID XXX" where XXX is paper ID number (Given in Microsoft CMT No.)
